I'm an independent town planning consultant with over eight years' experience in local government and more recently in the private sector. I help people make sense of the planning process - from small property owners and large-scale developers to councils managing complex assessments.Having worked within Council I am able to understand what decision-makers need and how to deliver it efficiently, whether it’s preparing a planning report, managing an application or coordinating with other teams.I operate under Strivica, a small consulting brand I created to offer my services without the overheads of a larger consultancy.
